A program that happens once every three years returns to the Greene County ISU Extension office.

The ServSafe Food Safety Certification will be held Tuesday, May 25th from 9am-6pm at the Extension office in Jefferson. The class will help individuals become a Certified Food Protection Manager, which is a requirement for restaurants and other food establishments in Iowa. The program will be led by ISU Extension Nutrition and Wellness Specialist Ann Parker. 

The cost for the class is $160 and pre-registration is required by May 4th. Registrations are done online by clicking the link below.
