8:38am: Shirley Henry 51 of Fremont, Nebraska was booked into the jail for assault.

8:38pm: A deputy investigated a fire on 130th Street near X Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven.
