Monday, April 26th

2:04am: Officers assisted with a Medical Call in the 800 Block of South Chestnut Street.

3:10pm: A caller advised they had located possible drug paraphernalia while cleaning out an apartment in the 300 Block of North Olive Street. The officer took possession of the items for destruction.

3:58pm: An officer was asked to look for a vehicle that had sped out of Seven Hills Park and was heading towards Jefferson. The officers did not locate the reported vehicle.

4:34pm: Susan Moore reported that on 04/24/2021, a vehicle backed into her garage at 302 South Cedar Street. Moore had made a Civil Agreement to allow the subject to repair the garage, but was now having second thoughts. The officer documented all information for insurance companies involved.

6:45pm: Elizabeth Gross requested assistance from officers in getting her juvenile son to come inside the house. The officers worked with Gross, and the juvenile and he went inside.

7:43pm: Gailee Richter reported being Harassed by a known female at 771 Wild Rose Lane. The officer spoke to the other party and involved all parties to end contact with each other.

9:17pm: The Cobble Stone Hotel requested an officer at 771 Wild Rose Lane for two occupants stealing items. The officer arrived and was shown video surveillance of a male and female removing food and drink items from a private fridge at the facility and returning to their room. The officers arrested Jeremy Ernest Andrews, 32 of Jefferson and Gailee Nichole Richter, 19 of Jefferson for, “Theft 5th Degree – Simple.” Both subjects were advised they were no longer allowed to stay at the Hotel and to gather their belongings from the room. At the jail, a jailer located possible narcotic related items in a backpack while inventorying the property. Future charges are pending in that matter.
