Greene County senior Alexandria Miller shot 52 for medalist honors on Friday at the Southeast Valley Invitational girls’ golf nine hole tournament. The Greene County senior topped 25 others as she earned medalist honors for the first time in her career.
Coach Josh Carlson said he was extremely happy for Miller. He added the game plan for the Rams was to keep the ball in play and stay out of trouble on Dayton’s Oak Park Golf Course. Greene County had just three girls playing Friday, not enough for a team score. Junior Brianna Habben sho 66 with senior Josie Weaver at 73.
SEV shot 245 with South Central Calhoun at 263 and Manson-Northwest Webster at 276. Glidden-Ralston and Ogden also played, but did not have enough girls for a team score.
