The Perry Water Works Department recently started its spring flushing of fire hydrants. 

The flushing of the fire hydrants will take approximately three weeks to complete and during this time residents may temporarily experience low water pressure and discolored water.

During this time if you experience discolored water Perry Water Works says to flush your home plumbing until the water clears up.
