The Perry City Council will consider approving a professional services agreement at their regular meeting Monday.

Also, the Council will consider approving a partial release of retainage for the McCreary Building renovations, approving a time and place for nuisance abatement hearing, approving the purchase of a tanker, approving a mowing agreement, approving a plat of survey, approving an advertising request for proposals for operation of the Caboose Concession Stand in Caboose Park and hold a public hearing on proposed contract documents and estimated costs for improvements to the wastewater treatment facility.

Finally, the Council will consider approving a new Perry Public Library Board of Trustees member, repealing Ordinance 155 uniform construction codes and replacing with Ordinance 155 building codes, ordinance creating chapter 154 site development improvement, discuss and possibly act on the form of application for street tree permits and approving an ordinance repealing chapter 151 tree planting, care and removal regulations and replacing with chapter 151 street tree permitting, care and removal regulations.
