There will be an opportunity coming up in May for those who are interested in learning about homemade jam. 

Dallas County Extension and Outreach will be offering a Preserve the Taste of Summer program focusing on jams and food dehydration from 8 a.m. to noon on May 1st at the Wills Family Orchard in Adel.
