Guthrie Center City Council met Monday night. 

The Council approved a bid of $133,800 to JHWUT to install 5,000-feet of sewer lining throughout the City. A bid was placed for sewer lining of 5,000 feet at various places 

The Council then heard an update from a new business with Guthrie County Quality Meats. The frozen meat locker company reviewed their plans with the Council. They also mentioned working with the city engineer on their project and they anticipate opening by the first of next year. 

Finally, the Council approved two change orders for the bathhouse project at the Guthrie Center Aquatics Complex. The change orders were a timeline extension of six days and installing a pressure reducing valve. The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of this month.
