5:16am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1100 block of South 8th Street, Grand Junction.

6:10am: A deputy investigated a burglary in progress in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction. Candice Ortiz 34 of Grand Junction was arrested for burglary 1st degree, theft 5th degree, and criminal mischief 5th degree.

8:35am: Candice Ortiz 34 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for burglary 1st degree, theft 5th degree, and criminal mischief 5th.

5:12pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 2400 block of 300th Street, Rippey.

9:51pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 1100 block of 8th Street, Grand Junction.

10:34pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 200 block of North 18th Street, Grand Junction.

Tuesday, April 13th

7:33am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1400 block of U Avenue.

11:59am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on N Avenue near 210th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
