Carolyn Sue Chamberlain, 63, of Adel, passed away, Monday, April 12, 2021 at Taylor House in
Des Moines, Iowa. Care was born February 14, 1958 to Bobbie Gene and Barbara (Gregg)
Chamberlain.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 19, 2021 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral
Home – McCalley Chapel in Adel with burial following at Panther Creek Cemetery west of Adel.
Family will greet friends Sunday April 18 th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

She will lovingly be
remembered by her mother, Barbara Chamberlain; her partner, Dale Irving; her children
Jeremiah Minshall, Emily Six and Dylan Chamberlain; her siblings, Christine Jorgenson (Bud
Bombardier), Robert (Sherry) Chamberlain, Connie (Joel) Annear and Shawn (Joy)
Chamberlain; her grandchildren Drew, Brandon, Allie, Tanner, Autumn, Aubrey, Troy, and
Trevor; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
