Greene County Cattlemen’s Association recently made a donation to the local food pantry.

The Cattlemen donated $2,000 worth of beef to the Greene County Action Resource Center. This is one of the ways the Cattlemen utilize money that was raised from their annual trophy auction fundraiser, which this year they collected over $22,000. 

The local Cattlemen’s Association donates in other ways such as scholarships and through beef promotions at the county, state and national levels.
