For those who are looking for ways to grow their knowledge on finances, Dallas County Extension has an online workshop. 

The free classes are from noon to 1 p.m. April 14th and 21st, and will teach people how to improve their financial well being through by  developing an emergency spending plan, learning strategies to manage debt, among other things.
