0235 hrs, A Traffic Stop at Elm and Central resulted in Clarence Newkirk of Fort Dodge being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”

0311 hrs, A Traffic Stop at Grimmell and 220th Street resulted in Alecia Peters of Carroll being cited for,
Excessive Speed.”

1427 hrs, Wells Fargo requested an officer at 200 West State Street for a male refusing to move his vehicle from the Drive-Thru Lane. He did not have any identification and became upset when the bank would not let him withdraw funds. The subject left on his own before the officer arrived.

1425 hrs, Rich Burkhardt reported a vehicle blocking an alley in the 200 Block of East State Street. the officer spoke to the vehicle’s owner and it was moved.

1557 hrs, Devin Pratt advised her juvenile son was assaulted on the school bus. It was reported another students had stabbed him in the side with a pencil. The officer is investigating.

1948 hrs, The GCMC ER requested an officer at 1000 West Lincoln Way Street for a transient male, who would not leave the facility. The officer arrived and identified the male and spoke with him. The male left the area on his own free will.

2053 hrs, The Family Welfare Center requested a Welfare Check on a female in the 100 Block of North Olive Street. She was reportedly suicidal. The officer made contact with the female and spoke to her. The officer transported the female to the ER for a medical evaluation.
