0220 hrs, A Traffic Stop at 220th and Grimmell resulted in Keaton Schoenfield of Carroll being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”
0302 hrs, A Traffic Stop at Elm and Central resulted in Selvin Lopez-Galindo of Il. Being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”
1245 hrs, Devin Morales spoke to an officer and requested the officer to document that his ex-girlfriend was in possession of two firearms that were registered to him.
1538 hrs, Shannon Otterson requested an officer at 806 West Washington Street for her juvenile son punching walls and threatening her. The officer arrived and spoke with both parties. The juvenile left the residence for a period to let things cool down.
1632 hrs, Elizabeth Gross requested an officer at 1202 Riverside Drive, as her juvenile son had assaulted her. The officer arrived and spoke to both parents and the child. The officer is sending Juvenile Charges for, “Assault – Simple” to the juvenile court for the 13-year-old male.

0650 hrs, An officer responded to a “Vault Alarm” activation at 200 West State Street. An employee was contacted to unlock the bank and officers searched, but found nothing out of the ordinary.
1028 hrs, Nellie Petterson requested an officer at 107 North Olive Street because a family member was going to assault her. The officer spoke to Petterson and learned she believed the family member would come to her residence and assault her, but he had not been there. The officer spoke to the family member, who advised he was not going to Petterson’s residence. The officer took no action.
1028 hrs, An officer was responding to a Fire Alarm Activation at 1901 North Grimmell Road. The school advised to disregard, and it was a False Alarm.
1202 hrs, An officer responded to a “Vault Alarm” going off again at 200 West State Street. He found the building secure and bank officials advised to disregard.
1312 hrs, An officer was advised a subject had caught a stray dog near Elm and Washington Streets. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding Facility.

4th
1307 hrs, Twyla Lindsey requested an officer at 201 East Perry Street for an argument between her son and daughter-in-law. The officer arrived and diffused the issue, and the female left the residence.
1455 hrs, A cell phone was found in the alley of the 400 Block of West Lincoln Way Street and turned in at the LEC. A short time later the owner, who pinged the phone arrived at the LEC to pick it up.
1719 hrs, Chuck Barthalow reported a vehicle playing loud music near 305 East Park Street. The officer located the reported vehicle and spoke to the owner about the complaint.
