The West Central Valley Boys and Girls Golf teams final teed off for the 2021 season. Both teams competed in triangular meets on Thursday. They took on Clarke and Knoxville, respectively.

The Wildcats finished third in both meets. Knoxville won both the girls and boys meets. Knoxville edged out Clarke 214-234 in the girls meet (WCV no score) and 157-163 in the boys (WCV no score).

Junior Haleigh Rummel led the girls with an average of 63 on the day. Seinor Grant Caltrider led the boys with an average of 38.

Both the Boys and Girls Golf teams will have to regroup and prepare for their next meet. It’ll be quick turnaround as they’ll both be in a meet this Monday. The meet will be a conference quad. They’ll be taking on AC/GC, Madrid, and Pleasantville. Tee off is at 4PM.
