Grand Junction and surrounding residents are encouraged to participate in an Easter-themed event this weekend.

Grand Junction Fire and Rescue are hosting an Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday at 1pm. Kids from 1-9 years old can participate in this free event at the old school yard, where the former school building used to be. Kids will be separated into age groups, including 1-3 year olds, 4-6 year olds, and 7-9 year olds. Check-in and registration is from 12:30-12:45pm.

No pre-registration is necessary.
