The Jefferson Public Library has announced additional information regarding their reopening plans.

The library is slated to re-open to the public Wednesday with limited hours. They will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-6pm, Fridays from 1-5pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm. While the teen and adult portion will be open to the public during those hours, the children’s department will be by appointment only. All children must be accompanied by an adult and you must call ahead at 515-386-4415. 

Masks and/or a face covering is required when inside the facility. For those not comfortable being inside the library, curbside service will continue to be available until further notice.
