As spring continues to unfold many people are planning their gardens and Greene County ISU Extension encourages everyone to take advantage of a free program to help keep homegrown produce through the winter months.
Preserve the Taste of Summer is a free one-hour online course that helps those safely preserve foods and provides key information to start these methods at home to enjoy homegrown produce year round. The next class is tomorrow from 6:30-7:30pm and you can click the link below to register online. These programs will be held through June 2nd.
