6:16am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near Kirkwood Avenue.

8:06am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near L Avenue.

1:52pm: Martin Tolsdorf 56 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:54pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1000 block of S Avenue.

11:34pm: A deputy investigated verbal domestic in the 1000 block of 200th Street.

Tuesday, March 23rd

1:41am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

8:25am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

10:00pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1000 block of 240th Street.

11:09pm: A deputy investigated a verbal domestic in the 400 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

11:36pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
