The accolades continue to come in for DCG basketball stars Luke Rankin and Cole Glasglow, as they were both listed on the All-State basketball teams released by the Iowa Print Writers Association.

Rankin was apart of the eight person first team after a massive team on the hardwood, breaking school records in both the assists and steals categories in the process. He also was tremendous defensively and almost always gave the Mustangs a big advantage when they took the court. Glasgow was able to make it on the second team, after leading the Mustangs in scoring this past season, making a big impact on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court.

Both were already mentioned on Little Hawkeye Conference teams, and Rankin was also recognized on the academic all-state team as well. The duo helped lead DCG to their first trip to the state tournament in four years, and helped the Mustangs be constantly ranked in the top 5 for 3A throughout most of the season.
