The Panora City Council met in special session Monday night.

The Council approved a change order and a pay application for the Lenon Mills Dam project as presented. The Council then went into closed session to purchase two properties. Following the closed session, the Council approved purchasing 219 West Market Street for $26,300 and the City would pay closing costs and forgiving the unpaid utilities. The other property was at 119 West Lane Street for $13,000 and the City would pay closing costs.
