Unit 2 white 2002 Cadillac Escalade registered to Jason Lomax, 2614 Willis Ave. Perry, legally parked.
Unit 2 was legally parked and the passenger side rear of the vehicle had minor damage. Damage
happened sometime during the day. No suspect vehicle.
March 14:
Arrest; Timothy James Warren, age 29, 501 Willis Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with
driving while intoxicated 2nd offense.
March 15;
Arrest: Rafael Ramirez Chavez, age 46, 4200 Park Ave, Des Moines was taken into custody and charged
with operating while intoxicated 1’1 offense.
Arrest; Karin Renee Leveke, age 37, 4200 Park Ave, Des Moines was arrested on a Polk County
warrant for fraudulent practice 2nd degree.
