A memorial service for Janet “Jan” Lowe will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 19, 2021 at First United Methodist Church in Perry, lowa. Burial will follow at Violet Hill Cemetery. Due to COVID-19, masks must be worn and social distancing observed.
