The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office responded to an alleged domestic incident in Bayard Thursday night involving a firearm. 

Guthrie County Sheriff Marty Arganbright says the female victim reported that 40-year-old Justin Wynia, was allegedly pointing a firearm at her, claiming he would hurt her. 

Arganbright tells Raccoon Valley Radio that Wynia was arrested and transported to the Guthrie County Jail. The investigation is ongoing at this time and no charges have been filed.
