The Greene County FFA Chapter performed well at the recent district competition.

Advisor Raelyn Harris says five groups and individuals earned silver recognition, which included Grace Hardway in creed speaking, Madison Grow in public speaking, Mallory Prescott and Conner Allender for reporter’s scrapbook, the ag crime scene investigator team and Victoria Peterson for treasurer’s book. Additionally, there were two silver and ten bronze awards for the greenhand quiz, as well as six silver and 16 bronze awards for the farm business management quiz. 

Harris says that despite having no one advancing to next month’s state competition she thought all of her students did an exceptional job and is proud of their hard work and dedication.
