The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.

The Council will consider for approval the annual Urban Renewal report for tax increment financing, setting two public hearings to sell two properties at 709 West Lincoln Way and 205 North Wilson Avenue. Additionally, the Council will consider approving a resolution of a preliminary official statement for general obligation purpose and refunding bonds, along with a taxable general obligation urban renewal bonds. 

The Council will also consider for approval an expenditure from Community Development Block Grant funds for a second floor project at 200 East State Street, updates to the Affirmative Fair Housing and Equal Employment Opportunity policies, along with the procurement policy for CDBG work, a resolution for plans and specifications, and setting a public hearing for an alley reconstruction project; and they will consider approving the City’s insurance policy.
