The Perry school system will be in search of another varsity head coach after discovering Mark Weber will not be returning as the Perry wrestling coach.  Weber just wrapped up his fifth season guiding the Bluejay program and announced he has accepted another position in a different school district.  Weber also served as middle school football coach and was an At Risk Counselor.  The Bluejay wrestling team enjoyed a lot of success under Weber’s guidance, including a state champion in Zach Thompson.  The search for a new coach will begin immediately.  Traditionally, Perry has been very solid in wrestling hires including recent coaches Steve Hamilton, Trevor Kittleson and now Weber.
