The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle crash near Minburn early Sunday morning. 

A deputy responded to the incident  at 12:57 a.m. Sunday morning at 2nd and 195th streets in Minburn. The sheriff’s office reported that the driver of the vehicle was arrested for operating while intoxicated. 

A passenger was treated at the scene for minor injuries. The name of the driver is not released at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
