A Manning woman was recently sentenced following an April incident.
According to court documents, 29-year-old Elizabeth Gerdom pled guilty to controlled substance violation, a Class B Felony, and was sentenced to five years probation. She also pled guilty to possession of marijuana second offense, a serious misdemeanor, and received a year’s probation to be served concurrently, and third-degree burglary, a Class D Felony, for five years probation, to also be served concurrently.
On April 8, 2020, Guthrie County Deputies responded to a domestic incident and heard both parties yelling about someone being stabbed. A search of Gerdom on the scene revealed a plastic bag of methamphetamine and a prescription pill bottle filled with marijuana.
