Accident: Vehicle 1-blue Honda CRV registered to and driven by Linda Marie Pendergraft, 6853 NW 88th Ave., Johnston. Vehicle 2 – silver 2006 Honda Accord registered to Irene Perez Doroteo, 1804 Pine, Perry, driven by Kevin Juarez Perez, 1804 Pine., Perry. Vehicle 2 was heading west pulling into the McDonalds lot in the 400 block of 1st Ave when he was struck by vehicle 1. Vehicle I was traveling north turning east to leave the parking lot from the drive through and admitted to striking vehicle 2. Arrest:

James Kilts Matthew, age 40, 2014 Warford, Perry was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). 

Feb 21: Arrest: Tony Lee Webb, age 48, 1816 Evelyn, Perry was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
