For the second year in a row the Panorama girls basketball team fell just one game shy of the State tournament.
The Panthers made the trip to South Central Calhoun to take on undefeated Cherokee Washington. Both teams came out of the gates strong as the Braves clung onto a two point lead after the first quarter. From there Panorama lost control and were outscores by 17 in the second quarter. The Panthers couldn’t close the gap and their season ended with a 74-46 loss.
The Panthers finish their first season in Class 3A with a 19-5 record.
