The Stuart City Council will hold a special meeting Monday.

The Council will discuss a new lease and tax credit system for the All Saints Center. They will also set the date for public hearings on an insurance funding loan agreement and an amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan.

Additionally, the Council will discuss the Community Catalyst Building Remediation Grant for a  project renovating Hotel Stewart, cemetery mowing, a possible purchase of a new rescue unit and the live streaming of Council meetings.
