For the third time this season the AC/GC and Panorama boys basketball teams will take the floor against one another tonight.
The two teams split the season series with AC/GC picking up just their second win in school history against the Panthers earlier this year. In their last meeting, it looked like it was going to be a slugfest as neither team had an advantage after the first quarter. AC/GC kept working to build a lead into the second half. The Chargers had as large as a 12 point lead in the third. Panorama then got to work and cut the lead to three before the final quarter. Panorama rallied all the way back and took a lead with just seconds left in the game. Panorama had a one point lead with just a few seconds left when sophomore Ben Marsh was fouled, giving him two free throws. He sunk both of them to give the Chargers a 58-57 lead, which was good enough for the win. This was just the second time since 2013 AC/GC and Guthrie Center beat Panorama.
