2:29pm: A deputy assisted a transient on 220th and 16th Street find a place to stay.

4:35pm: A deputy investigated an unemployment scam in the 700 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

4:50pm: A deputy arrested Douglas Shutt 60 of Grand Junction for a probation violation.

6:20pm: Douglas Shutt 60 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

9:13pm: A deputy investigated an open gate in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

10:09pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 900 block of Locust Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
