There are two scholarship opportunities for those going into higher education and who are interested in going into the healthcare field.

Applications for the Greene County Medical Center Foundation and Greene County Medical Center Auxiliary are now being accepted. The Foundation scholarship is up to four years at $1,000 per year and the Auxiliary is offering $500 scholarships to students that are in the medical center service area and who are entering or already attending college in a healthcare-related field. The Auxiliary scholarship also requires a 15-minute interview, which must be scheduled between April 3rd and the 7th. 

Both scholarships are to lend financial aid to students to help obtain nursing education or education in a health-related field.
