Greene County plays its last scheduled home basketball girl/boy doubleheader of the season tonight. It’s non-conference action with Southeast Valley (Gowrie) visiting the new gym in Jefferson on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com. The girls are scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. with the boys to follow. The Jaguars are 9-11 in girls’ basketball and 11-8 on the boys’ side. The Greene County girls are 5-11 and the boys are 4-13. The regular season for the Greene County teams is set to end tomorrow night in Des Moines at Saydel High School with a Heart of Iowa Activities Conference girl/boy doubleheader.

The Paton-Churdan girls and boys end their regular season tonight in Anita vs. CAM in Rolling Valley Activities Conference basketball. P-C is 14-4 overall and 11-2 in the conference and they’ll be trying for the regular season sweep vs. CAM. The Cougars are 14-6, 11-4. The P-C boys are 3-15 and they’ll be taking on 10-7 CAM.
