State Senator Jake Chapman and House Representative Ray Sorensen will hold their first legislative coffee session of 2021 tomorrow.

The events are being held by the Guthrie County Republican Party. They will be in Guthrie County at the Guthrie Center Farm Bureau office at 8 a.m. and in Adair County at the Corner Coffee Shop in Greenfield at 10 a.m.

Sorensen recently told Raccoon Valley Radio that the House education committee has yet to discuss the student scholarship funding issue that passed the Senate last week as part of Senate Bill 159. He added that he was leaning toward voting down the proposal in its current state.
