The Perry City Council will consider approving a memorandum of understanding between the City of Perry and Perry Economic Development regarding Hotel Pattee at their regular meeting Monday. 

The Council will also consider approving a pay request for the library renovation, discuss fiscal year 2022 budget and capital requests, setting a public hearing date on fiscal year 2022 proposed minimum property tax dollars, the renewal of the federal migratory bird depredation permit, an estimate for Accujet, approving tax abatement applications for residential construction completed in 2020, board of adjustment member reappointment and member correction and approving the historic preservation commission reappointments.
