Both AC/GC basketball teams were able to pick up a win Saturday in Adair-Casey.

The Chargers hosted Southwest Valley after their original meeting was postponed due to weather. The Charger girls team set the tone early jumping out to a 21-4 lead. The Timberwolves would claw back throughout the afternoon, but AC/GC picked up a 55-42 win.

The boys team keep the pace going and leapt to an 11 point lead after the first quarter. Eli and Miles Kading scored a combined 36 points to lead the Chargers to their 12th victory of the season 62-38. AC/GC will be back in action tonight against Nodaway Valley.
