Dallas County ISU Extension and Outreach is offering the opportunity to be entered to win prizes as part of an online questionnaire. 

Dallas County Extension is looking at the potential for a community garden in Perry and surrounding areas and is hosting an online questionnaire. The questionnaire will take roughly three minutes to complete and is available now through February 5th. 

The hopes for the community garden is to help with food insecurity and also give people the opportunity to be outside and to socially connect to help improve mental health. After completing the questionnaire participants will be entered into a raffle to win prizes.
