The results of the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn District Large Group Speech Contest are in and there are 11 groups moving onto state . 

The entries that qualified and will move onto the state competition being held February 6th at ADM High School include, freshman teams for short film “Detention Gone Wrong”, TV News “HMBC”, Choral Reading “A Campfire Story”. For varsity events, Choral Reading “Choosing your own Adventure”, Reader’s Theatre “The Borden Murders- Lizzie Borden and the Trial of the Century”, Musical Theatre “”Catch Me if You Can”, Ensemble Acting “Black Market Arts”, Short Film “Reality TV”, Radio News “History Today”, and two Improv groups in “Wheeler” and “Hegarty”.
