Between the coronavirus pandemic taking away normal physical activities, positioning some of us to be  at work all day it can be difficult to stay active throughout the work day. 

Clint Lutterman with 21st Century Rehab says one thing to remember throughout the day while you are sitting at your desk or computer is to make sure you are moving periodically. 

“If you spend a lot of your day just sitting at the computer, working at the computer. If you can set a timer and get up every thirty to forty-five minutes and just stand for thirty seconds that’s something very simple. You can stay working, you can stay at your computer if you need to. You can (also) just stand up and sit down out of the chair ten times.”

Lutterman notes you can do other things like changing the position you are sitting throughout the day to work out your body’s muscles.
