Monday, January 25th

1:44pm: Alexis Jordan reported issues with Steven Dzuris at 104 East Monroe Street. Officers responded to the residence and investigated the disturbance. The parties decided it was best for Dzuris to leave the residence for the time. At approximately 16:00 hours, family of Dzuris came to the Greene County Law Enforcement Center with Steven Dzuris. Suspected methamphetamine was located on Dzuris at that time. Steven Dzuris was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Offense

3:54pm: Darrell Petti requested an Officer at 301 East Perry Street for a mailbox having been struck by a snowplow. The Officer is investigating.

5:08pm: The Jefferson Police Department received an anonymous complaint of careless driving having occurred on January 24th, 2021 in the 100 block of South Chestnut Street. The Officer is investigating.

5:10pm: An Officer performed a traffic stop in the 1600 block of North Grimmell Road. As a result of the stop, Andy John Krieger was issued a citation for “Excessive Speed”

5:11pm: Dan Clavert reported a possible water main break in the 400 block of South Cedar Street. An officer investigated and found no issues in the area.
