The United States Drought Monitor shows that drought conditions in the Raccoon Valley Radio-listening area remain unchanged.
The entirety of Dallas County remains abnormally dry. The eastern third of Guthrie County stays abnormally dry, while the rest of the county is in a moderate drought. The majority of Greene County is also in a moderate drought, with the southeast corner abnormally dry.
The National Weather Service reports that Jefferson received 1.2 inches of new snow this past week, amounting to 0.08 inches of precipitation. Perry received 0.9 inches of new snow at 0.05 inches of precipitation. Guthrie Center received trace amounts of new snow and precipitation.
