The Panorama School District saw some familiar faces come back to the school for third term.

Superintendent Shawn Holloway says the district gives parents who are utilizing online learning only the opportunity to have their children return to the building.

‘We had somewhere between 10 and 15 students come back who were taking online courses. As a school district, we think that’s a really good thing. We feel like the best education is when kids are in the building. It’s nice to get some of those students back. The vast majority of those were elementary students, so that was probably the biggest piece there was that transition time to be able to get some of those students back.”

Holloway added teaching in-person and online for his staff has been trial and error, but he feels the school district will be stronger after the pandemic ends.
