The Dallas County Board of Supervisors heard budget funding requests at their regular meeting Tuesday. 

The Board also approved multiple payment agenda items related to the newly constructed Dallas County Jail facility. Sheriff Chad Leonard voiced concerns with the building relating to some sanitary and water issues, among other things. 

Finally, the Board approved appointments for the township trustees and clerks, abating mobile home taxes and the cancellation of the prior year’s outstanding checks. The meeting ended in a closed session to discuss pending litigation.
