ADM Tiger wrestling competed over the weekend at home against multiple schools and were able to put up some great numbers in their tournament going 3-1 on the day and getting some solid wins over good schools. The Tigers were able to pick up victories over West Central Valley 54-27, 51-20 over Clarke, and 35-34 over Roland-Story. The Tigers fought hard but couldn’t get the win over Ames falling by the score of 45-27.

ADM was able to get some outstanding performances throughout the day, with three different wrestlers going undefeated. Ben Smith at 132, Nathan Royer at 160, and Gabe Heitz at 195 were all able to pull off the feat against solid competition, and were leaders in a strong home showing.

ADM wrestling is now 11-7 as a team this season, and will have another meet on Thursday when they take on North Polk and Bondurant.
