With the upcoming Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday on Monday, it’s important to be aware of some closures in Dallas County. 

Perry residents are reminded that all Perry City buildings will be open and the McCreary Community Center will be open as well. The City Council meeting scheduled for Monday has been moved to Tuesday, due to the holiday. There will be no changes to garbage routes. 

As for Adel residents, the Adel Public Library will be open, Adel City Hall will be closed and the Dallas County Courthouse will have services available but,  the Clerk of Court’s office will be closed.
