8:25am: Matthew Spaulding 29 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for burglary 2nd degree.

8:50am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

2:50pm: Martin Tolsdorf 56 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

5:07pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 240th Street near J Avenue. A 16-year-old male fell asleep and entered the ditch and struck a telephone pole. The 2007 Chevrolet Malibu was totaled in the accident. The damage to the telephone pole was estimated at 1,000 dollars. Nobody was injured in the accident.

5:21pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 2200 block of 110th Street.

5:26pm: A deputy located a stolen vehicle out of Perry on 337th Street near W Avenue. The vehicle was towed to the Perry Police Department.

6:17pm: A deputy investigated an illegal hunting complaint on R Avenue near Spring Lake.

8:14pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on U Avenue near V Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
