Memorial services for Larry Dowd, 69, of Jefferson, will be held at 10:30am Friday, January 8, 2021 at Central Christian Church, Jefferson, IA.  Those attending must wear face masks.  Interment will be in the Jefferson Cemetery.

Larry is survived by his wife Laura of Jefferson, IA.  Two sons from a previous marriage to Phyllis Boldt, Aaron Dowd (Natalie Ross) of Santa Barbara, CA and Michael Dowd of Jefferson, IA. Two daughters, Kelly (Mike) Potter of Sioux City, IA and Nikki (Richie) Mulbrook of Ankeny, IA.  Three grandchildren, Heather Zickefoose, Hannah Harms and Kinnick Mulbrook.  Father Joy (Beth) Dowd of Jefferson, IA, and mother in-law Elaine Helmus of Jefferson, IA.  Three siblings, Rod, Shelly and Michelle, sister in-law “Sis” Lois Strawn, several relatives and countless friends.
